Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible, while still maintaining the administrative processes and resources involved in school operations.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"565\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"607\">1. <strong data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"607\">Before Admission \/ Arrival<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"779\">If you cancel your enrollment <strong data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"693\">at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled departure<\/strong> (working days), you are eligible for a full refund of tuition and accommodation fees.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"857\">\n<li data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"816\">\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"816\">\u2705 <strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"795\">Refund<\/strong>: 100% of paid fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"857\">\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"857\">\u274c <strong data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"841\">Registration Fee<\/strong>: Non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"862\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"903\">2. <strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"903\">After Admission \/ Arrival<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"990\">Once you have been admitted or have arrived at the school, the following rules apply:<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1021\">Non-Refundable Items:<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1200\">\n<li data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1042\">\n<p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1042\">Registration Fee<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1087\">\n<p data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1087\">SSP (Special Study Permit) issuance cost<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1138\">ACR I-Card (Alien Certificate of Registration)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1162\">\n<p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1162\">Visa Extension Fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1200\">\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1200\">Textbook and learning material fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1311\">These are considered administrative and government-related fees that are paid upfront and are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1342\"><strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1340\">Maintenance Fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1433\">Refunds for the maintenance fee are processed <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1432\">one week after the cancellation request<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1438\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1487\">3. <strong data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1487\">Tuition and Accommodation Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1596\">Refunds for tuition and dormitory fees Circumstances<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1962\">In cases of serious and unavoidable personal issues such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<li data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2001\">\n<p data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2001\">Major illness or medical emergency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<p data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2038\">Family illness, accident, or death<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2278\">You may be eligible for a <strong data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2080\">50% refund<\/strong> of the unused portion of your tuition and accommodation, <strong data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2180\">regardless of how much time has passed<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2184\" \/><strong data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2227\">Valid supporting documents are required<\/strong> (e.g., doctor\u2019s note, hospital certificate, etc.).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2283\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2325\">\u26d4 5. <strong data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2325\">Expulsion Due to Misconduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2469\">Students who are <strong data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2398\">expelled due to serious violations of school rules<\/strong> or engage in <strong data-start=\"2542\" data-end=\"2638\">If you decide to shorten your study duration <strong data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2637\">after enrollment but before your course starts<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2982\">Changing to a lower-cost room type (e.g., from a single to a double or triple room) is <strong data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"2908\">non-refundable<\/strong>. However, you may switch back to a single room <strong data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"2981\">if space is available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"2987\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3019\">\u26a0\ufe0f 8. <strong data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3019\">Transaction Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3021\" data-end=\"3180\">Any bank or transfer fees related to the refund process <strong data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3124\">will be deducted from the refundable amount<\/strong>.
