Ayala in my eyes<\/p><\/div>\n

Ayala Center Cebu is a large shopping mall located at the Cebu Business Park in Cebu City. It was first opened in 1994. On an average day, more than 85,000 people visit Ayala Center Cebu, 135,000 on the weekends. Located in Cebu, the commercial, cultural and political core of the Southern Philippines, Ayala Mall Cebu is the region\u2019s premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Nope, this is not the advertisement of Ayala mall, but the information I got from Koi and her friend<\/a>. Without hesitation I asked for her phone number. Here’s my excuse: \u201cExcuse me, could I have your phone number please? I want to practice English more and have local friends too\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAre you always frank like that?\u201d haha (her big laugh) \u201cOk, this is my phone number. If you have any problem here, I will help you. I must go now, see you soon\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSure, see you later\u201d In my mind I thought \u201cWow, I am so lucky! I never thought that it will be so easy to make friends with the local people.\u201d I walk around Ayala mall for awhile. When I tried to go back to my academy I do not know where to take a Jeepney 4L, I asked an elderly woman.<\/p>\n

\u201cExcuse me, Could you tell me where can I take a Jeepney 04L please\u201d<\/p>\n

She told me \u201cyou can not take a Jeepney 04L inside the mall. You should walk out towards this street, turn right and then you can take a Jeepney\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI got it and thank you so much\u201d I said. Yet in my mind I thought it is too far and I was so lazy to walk. Then I saw a motorbike driver.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood afternoon, How much does it cost to go from here to JY square?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c30 peso, sir\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOK, let go\u201d<\/p>\n

5:00 pm, I was on time. I met Aaron in front of the gate at 3D main campus.<\/p>\n

This is the super market (JY Supermarket), you can to buy anything here<\/p>\n

It’s free entrance for all 3D students<\/p><\/div>\n

Also inside JY square mall, we have our classrooms too.<\/p>\n

When we went back to 3D main campus. JR (the guard) brought me the good news!<\/p>\n

\u201cEdward, the staff from airport found your luggage\u201d<\/p>\n

Unbelievably, the Airport service is so efficient and they kept their promise. My luggage was still intact without any damage. I looked at the airport staff who was showered with sweat because of the hot weather and I felt super heartwarming. He came all the way from the airport by motorcycle and I guess that it took him 1 hour to reach here. He said:<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Johnny, we are really sorry for the inconvenience and here is your luggage. Help me to check and sign your name here. Thank you so much\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is very heavy. Do you want me to help you to bring it to your room?\u201d<\/p>\n

I said \u201c Thank you so much and I can do it by myself. So do I need to pay anything?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, Sir, it is our fault. Thank you for flying with Cebu Pacific airline.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLet me give you something so that you can buy a drink on the way back. Thank you\u201d<\/p>\n

I was really touched by the gracious act from the Cebu Pacific Airline staff. I learned something too. When I made a mistake, I need to feel apologetic in my heart and people can feel it too.
