Yes, 3D ACADEMY provides a comprehensive and carefully designed support system for underage students (those under 18 years old). We understand the concerns of parents who send their children abroad, especially for the first time. That\u2019s why we have implemented a combination of strict safety policies, 24\/7 supervision, multilingual staff support<\/strong>, and age-specific accommodation rules<\/strong> to ensure that minors feel secure, supported, and focused throughout their stay in the Philippines.<\/p>\n

\ufe0f Curfews and supervision tailored for minors<\/h4>\n

One of the core pillars of our support system for minors is our strict curfew policy<\/strong>. All students staying in the on-campus dormitory must return by 11:00 PM (23:00)<\/strong> every night. The school entrance is locked from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and security guards check each student\u2019s ID upon return to confirm they are safely back inside.<\/p>\n

While adult students (18+) are allowed to stay out later on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holiday eves, minors are required to follow the 11:00 PM curfew every day without exception<\/strong>. In addition, students under 18 are not allowed to go out after 8:00 PM unless accompanied by someone aged 18 or older<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The on-campus dormitory is located in the same building as the classrooms, cafeteria, and self-study areas. This setup allows minors to move around safely and comfortably, without having to leave the school premises.<\/p>\n

Only students who are 18 years old or older are eligible to choose hotel-type dorms or commute from outside. For minors, the on-campus setup ensures maximum safety and ease of access to support systems.<\/p>\n

24\/7 on-site supervision and emergency support<\/h4>\n

Our school has trained security personnel and dormitory managers on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minors are never left unattended. In case of illness, injury, emotional distress, or other concerns, staff are available immediately to assist or contact medical or parental support.<\/p>\n
