During a language study abroad program, long hours of studying and the challenges of adapting to a new environment can lead to stress and fatigue. At 3D ACADEMY, we support the physical and mental well-being of our students by providing access to gym and fitness facilities — allowing them to stay healthy and active while focusing on their English studies.


Features of 3D ACADEMY’s Gym & Fitness Facilities

️‍♂️ Free access to gym inside the shopping mall

3D ACADEMY students can use a professional-quality partner gym located on the second floor of JY Square Mall, where the school is situated.
The gym is equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, yoga mats, and more — and is available free of charge during your stay.
Operating hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Ideal for stress relief and improving focus

Exercise helps enhance concentration and supports mental health. Many students work out in the morning before class or use the gym in the evening to unwind. It’s a perfect balance between studying and staying fit.

Supports yoga and stretching routines

The gym provides open space and mats, allowing students to enjoy yoga, stretching, or light workouts to relieve physical fatigue caused by long hours of studying.

‍♀️ Experience personal training in English

A professional trainer is available on-site. Students can interact with the trainer in English, making it a great opportunity for practical language use.
For those looking for more intensive fitness, we also offer a combined English + Exercise course.

In long-term stays, developing healthy habits — including proper meals, sleep, and exercise — is essential.
