Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written

Comfortable working with foreign, non-native English speakers (Japanese, Arab, Taiwanese, Chinese, Russian, Thai, and others)

Computer literate; proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Must be diligent, flexible, responsible, and capable of working under pressure

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
Preferred / Advantageous Experience

IELTS or TOEIC certificate holders

Experience teaching ESL, IELTS, TOEIC, Business English, or Conversational English

Background in curriculum development or lesson planning

Ability to assess student levels and provide constructive feedback

Experience working in multicultural environments

TESOL/TEFL certification is an advantage

Experience handling both online and offline classes is a plus

Job Description / Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality English lessons for foreign students at various proficiency levels

Teach speaking, listening, reading, grammar, and pronunciation

Handle both one-on-one and small group classes
-
Create lesson plans and prepare effective teaching materials

Assess student performance, conduct progress checks, and write student feedback
-
Facilitate interactive and engaging English-learning activities
-
Maintain a positive, supportive learning atmosphere for all students

Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching materials and methodologies
-
Participate in teacher meetings, workshops, and skill development training
-
Represent the school with professionalism and uphold its teaching standards

Qualifications
Basic Requirements

Must be a currently enrolled university or college student

Must have good English communication skills

Pleasant personality and confident when speaking with foreigners

Available to work 2–4 days per week

No teaching experience required (training will be provided)
Work Schedule

6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (3 hours per shift)
-
Occasional short meetings or coordination before or after the shift may be required
