1 NATIVE AMERICAN/BRITISH/AUSTRALIAN SPEAKER For General & Business English Class (Full-time or Part-time)
General Requirements
- ⚫ American, British or Australian national
- ⚫ Other nationalities are welcome to apply but with an English communication level of a Native Speaker
- ⚫ Male or Female, 25-45 yrs. old
- ⚫ With at least 1 year of teaching experience
- ⚫ In good health
- ⚫ Well-organized, pleasing, flexible personality, can work well with foreigners
- ⚫ Can commit to a trial period of 3 months
Academic
- ⚫ Bachelor level degree in any discipline
- ⚫ TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/BULATS Certificate is an advantage
- ⚫ TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS Certificate is an advantage for Non-native Americans or British applicants
- ⚫ Business degree is an advantage, or a solid experience in the business field
- ⚫ With or without teaching experience
Technical
- ⚫ Able to effectively teach across multiple English proficiency levels
- ⚫ Experienced mentoring others
- ⚫ Possess a strong knowledge on grammatical/structural accuracy
- ⚫ Able to simplify the language to ESL learners
Interpersonal
- ⚫ Embodies a high sensitivity on cultural diversity
- ⚫ Strategic thinker, innovative, can develop an effective study program
- ⚫ Charismatic, efficient communicator
- ⚫ Characterize an International entrepreneurial outlook
Monthly compensation: 40,000 ~ 50,000(Full-time, 8 hours), 20,000 ~ 25,000 Php (Part-time, 4 hours)*NegotiableWork hours: from 8am to 5pm (1 pm to 5 pm, Part-time), Monday to Friday onlyLocation: JY Square, Lahug, CEBU City
