At 3D ACADEMY, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible, while still maintaining the administrative processes and resources involved in school operations.
If you cancel your enrollment at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled departure (working days), you are eligible for a full refund of tuition and accommodation fees.
✅ Refund: 100% of paid fees
❌ Registration Fee: Non-refundable
Once you have been admitted or have arrived at the school, the following rules apply:
Registration Fee
SSP (Special Study Permit) issuance cost
ACR I-Card (Alien Certificate of Registration)
Visa Extension Fees
Textbook and learning material fees
These are considered administrative and government-related fees that are paid upfront and are non-refundable.
Refunds for the maintenance fee are processed one week after the cancellation request.
Refunds for tuition and dormitory fees depend on how much of your program period has already been consumed:
Consumed Period | Refund Policy |
---|---|
Less than 50% | 30% refund of the remaining unused weeks |
More than 50% | ❌ No refund available |
Note: The refund applies only to remaining weeks, not the total amount paid.
In cases of serious and unavoidable personal issues such as:
Major illness or medical emergency
Family illness, accident, or death
You may be eligible for a 50% refund of the unused portion of your tuition and accommodation, regardless of how much time has passed.
Valid supporting documents are required (e.g., doctor’s note, hospital certificate, etc.).
Students who are expelled due to serious violations of school rules or engage in grave misconduct are not eligible for any refund.
If you decide to shorten your study duration after enrollment but before your course starts:
✅ You are eligible for a 50% refund of the unused weeks
❌ The other 50% of the remaining period is non-refundable
Changing to a lower-cost room type (e.g., from a single to a double or triple room) is non-refundable. However, you may switch back to a single room if space is available.
Any bank or transfer fees related to the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount. The student (client) is responsible for these charges.
