OET Discharge Letterとは

Discharge Letterとは、患者が病院を退院する際に、退院後のケアを担当する医療職へ送るレターです。

宛先になる医療職は以下のようなケースが多いです。

• General Practitioner (GP)

• Community Nurse

• Rehabilitation Centre

• Nursing Home

• Physiotherapist

紹介状（Referral Letter）と似ていますが、Discharge Letterの特徴は 「退院後のケア」 に焦点がある点です。

つまり重要なのは以下です。

逆に、以下は詳細に書く必要はありません。
