Unexpected Surprises Series in 3D Academy

3D main campus

Hi everyone, this is Edward again, reporting to you “live” in 3D Academy. My story continues after I lost my luggage in the airport and we took a taxi to the school. Aaron took me to entrance the 3D main campus to take my ID card where I met the first guard of 3D Academy.

His name is JR

The guard: Hi, a new student, are you Johnny and your Vietnamese name are Pham Tuan Anh? (It sounds so funny when a foreigner pronounce a Vietnamese name even though they are not familiar. Actually, even for me, I cannot pronounce some of the Vietnamese words accurately sometimes as well. That’s how difficult Vietnamese language is).

Me: Yes I am. Nice to meet you. Could I have your name, please? (In my mind, I wonder why does he know my name? And at that time I noticed there are a lot of cameras on the screen. Wow, this place is really “friendly” and “safe”).

The guardian: Call me JR, nice to meet you too. Here is your ID card, room number, room key and you should not forget to wear your ID card haha (the big laugh) and welcome to 3D

Me: Thank you JR.

Aaron: JR, Johnny lost his luggage and if someone come here to return it to Johnny, could you let us know, please?

JR: Sure, I am so sorry to hear that Johnny, I hope that you can find it as soon as possible.

Me, Aaron: Thank you JR.

Aaron: Let’s go to your room to unload your luggage (Backpack because my luggage is lost :(((( and then go to the office.

We crossed the street to go 3D Premium campus (Only 3 minutes walk from the 3D main campus)

Do they prepare it for me??? It is so nice! I never thought that 3D academy cares so much for a new student. You might think that these are just small things, but you gotta understand that we as students do like it.

After that, Aaron took me to the office (3D main campus), and show me around

The Officer: Johnny, here is your schedule, but do you want to change your name? Because someone here has the same name as yours and I am afraid that sometimes they might make mistake with your name.

Her name is Angela

Me: Ok Angela, please call me Edward.

Angela: Edward in the Twilight Saga movie

Me: Oh, I did not know it’s from the movie. It is from my brother.

Angela: You should watch the movie right now. It is a good way to learn English and you can know the Edward character well.

This is a group class.

This is a 1:1 class.

Aaron: this is 12:10 and we should have lunch now (lunch time is from 12:00 to 13:00) and we need to come back to 3D Premium campus.

This academy is so great. I love this place because everyone is very friendly, helpful, talkative and you can easily practice English every day. Come here with us and I am sure that you will be really surprised and love it here like I do.
