フィリピン（セブ島）留学～3D講師陣（先生）紹介⑧Faye

今日もグループクラスの先生の紹介、Fayeです。。。

見ていただいたとおり感じのよいお嬢さんで、若いのにも関わらずグループクラスを担当しています。

あまりこれまで印象を述べてきませんでしたが、彼女は面接でかなり印象がよかった先生の一人で、こういうよい先生もいるんだなと当校の将来に期待を持てた先生でもあります。

ということで、いつもどおり本人による英語での紹介です。

English
is thelanguage often used and most of the time spoken and understood
worldwide.Whether you’re a student, businessman, company worker,
housewife or a tourist,English is needed in your daily life. Studying a
new language is very stressfulbut with constant practice and daily
application, I assure you that you’ll getbetter. That is the vision of

need.

JoKristese Faye A. Lim
is my complete name but people in thisacademy call me FAYE. By
profession, I am a nurse but by passion I am ateacher. I have been
teaching English for 3 years. I believe my profession mademe understand
my students’ feelings. My passion on the other hand, has made mea
fulfilled person. The combination of both my nursing profession and
teachingpassion makes up a Teacher Faye.

I must say I have goodinterpersonal skills. I can adjust to different attitudes. I surely maintainprofessionalism at all times.

With
regards toteaching styles, first, I do direct correction. If you commit
a mistake, I’llcorrect you right away before you forget your own
mistake. Second, I tend topull my students in my level. This style makes
the student work harder and hewill realize he has improved both his
speaking and listening skills. Third, asmuch as possible, I don’t let my
students use their dictionaries. I explain theword or phrase first then
I let them consult their dictionaries forconfirmation.  I can be a friend outsidethe classroom but I am the TEACHER inside the classroom.
